This year I am bringing together my love of connecting to Nature through natural dyeing with my 5 years of training in Sensory Herbalism.

I had the pleasure of joining Meadowsweet Retreat in June for a wild women’s nature connection retreat.

A fusion of natural dyeing, permaculture gardening, macrobiotic food and tantra practices, all set within the stunning Tuscany landscape on a biodynamic farm.

My next retreat is coming up in August for a private group in Cornwall, staying in handmade cabins with fire cooking, lake swimming and a blend of herbal dyeing, sensory plant connection, natural movement and sound workshops.
