Artisan natural dye studio, using locally foraged and organically grown natural dyes, bio-regionally sourced cloth and paper and low impact traditional and contemporary printmaking techniques. Offering limited edition gifts, bespoke services and a range of workshops to help creatives transition to using non-toxic practices and connecting communities with Nature using creativity as a medium.

Sessions can cover:

  • Natural dyeing

  • Plant-based mordant systems

  • Botanical pigment and ink making

  • Botanical printing & bundle dyeing

  • Woodblock carving & printmaking

  • Colour development and sampling

  • Professional natural dye practice

  • Building a non-toxic, soil-to-soil textile practice

Residential Tuition on Dartmoor

Spend one or two days learning from my home studio on Dartmoor National Park.

Available for:

  • 1:1 tuition

  • Two friends or colleagues learning together

  • Small groups of up to three people

Accommodation & Meals

Accommodation is available in the shared cottage

  • Approximately £100 per person, per night (self-catering)

  • Organic, seasonal vegan meals available:

    • Breakfast, lunch or dinner: £30 per meal

    • Full board (three meals plus snacks): £70 per day
